All reservations are subject to written confirmation by the hotel.
Payments
Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer as indicated in the booking confirmation.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as UnionPay, debit cards, and smartwatch/mobile payments, including Apple Pay and TWINT.
Pre-Authorization
Bookings may require pre-authorization of the credit card, which is completed at check-in or upon final payment.
Security
All transactions are processed through secure protocols, ensuring protection of guests’ personal and banking data.
Deposit
If necessary, a security deposit may be requested at check-in, which can be charged to the card provided at the time of booking.
Cancellations and Modifications
Cancellations or changes must be communicated in writing. Cancellation fees are indicated in the booking confirmation.
Check-in / Check-out
Check-in is from 3:00 PM; check-out is until 12:00 PM. Different times are subject to availability and may incur a supplement.
Liability
The hotel is not responsible for valuables not deposited in the safe. Guests are required to comply with hotel rules.
Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Lugano.
