Room rates includes

Rooms, Suites or Junior suites with park and/or lake views, balcony, terrace or loggia. Also included: extensive buffet breakfast, free use of indoor swimming pool, fitness room, private lido on the lake, service and VAT.
All rooms are equipped with flat-screen cable TV, digital safe, direct-dial phone with analog data-port (private phone number available), minibar. All rooms have air conditioning and most have a ceiling fan.
Twice-daily maid service.

Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the arrival date will not be charged.
Late cancellations and "no-shows" will be charged at full rate for one night's stay.
During high season or peak dates a cancellation policy of 7 days can be applied.
